I sold my car before leaving for a month long holiday in the UK. On arriving back in Australia I needed to purchase a new vehicle, I decided to contact Shoprite for Cars as I had used their car buying service in the past. After 15 minutes Li Cheng Ng (Dealer Principal) rang me back and I informed her I would like to buy a new Mazda 3 car, Li told me she would ring around and get me some very competitive prices. Li rang me back that afternoon with a hugely discounted price for a brand new Mazda 3 car. To this deal there were also various add-ons. We completed the paperwork on the Thursday and I picked up our new car from Wanneroo Mazda the next day. I have purchased various cars from dealerships both here and in the UK. over the last 40 years and the high quality service Li has provided us with is the best I have ever experienced. I will definitely be recommending Li’s vehicle purchasing services to my many friends, family and work colleagues.

I had been thinking about buying a new car for a while. My little Hyundai was 12 years old and the services were getting a bit costly. I was looking at a new Hyundai and had priced them in the January sales. Last year I had asked Sandy, the union representative who comes out to the school if Shoprite did cars and she said definitely. I spoke with Li Cheng from Shoprite for Cars on Monday and within 10 days Shoprite for Cars and John Hughes Hyundai had organised for me to speak to the reps at Hyundai, helped me to choose a car, signed a contract, sold my old car and deposited the money in my account and organised a loan car for me until my new Hyundai Accent was delivered today. I was very impressed with the level of service and saved money too. Li Cheng kept me informed throughout the process and the gentleman that came to value my old car was prompt and informed. I just wanted to thank you for all your help in purchasing my husband’s new car. It was a stress  free experience and I was extremely happy with the service.

To start with I couldn’t believe how quickly you contacted us after we submitted the form online and within a couple of days you had not only secured the exact car and colour we wanted at a reduced price but you also got us the trade in amount we were after and organised the finance as well. You went above and beyond when I was too sick to take the trade in car to the car yard for them to test drive and you sent someone out from your team to my house to test drive it on their behalf.

When the day came to pick up the new car, even though the car yard who bought our old car wasn’t the same as the one we bought the new car from, to make it easier for us, you organised for us to pick up the new car and leave the old one with them. Also as all the finance had been arranged through you we didn’t have a lot of paperwork to deal with on pickup and could just enjoy the salesperson showing us through the features of the new car. I will definitely be contacting Shoprite for Cars again when I am ready to purchase my car next year. Once again thank you for all you help and assistance. My husband loves his new car.
